FirstLight Home Care Colorado Springs seeks a reliable Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules and match clients with the right team members. The role demands strong organizational and customer-service skills within a fast-paced administrative setting.

You will support daily operations, maintain schedules, and stay current with HIPAA regulations while contributing to a compassionate care environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Schedule client appointments per Service/Care Plans and staff availability.
• Maintain staffing levels to ensure client coverage.
• Create and release weekly schedules for all caregivers.
• Maintain staff and client database (TB, admissions, etc.).
• Handle after-hours and weekend calls; on-call bonus offered.
• Training as a caregiver and occasional shift coverage when needed.
