Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Care Coordinator to support families and staff by coordinating schedules and case starts at our Princeton Center. You will bridge client and staff scheduling, delivering outstanding service to families and staff, with direct reporting to the Assistant Regional Clinical Director.

You will engage families after assessments, coordinate with RBTs, ensure accurate data entry in EHR, and help manage caseloads while maintaining strong communication with the

Qualifications

• 2 years experience with intake/care coordination
• 2 years in an ABA or Customer Service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Reach out to families after assessment to confirm availability and discuss next steps in the process
• Reach out to RBTs/BTs once they are hired to discuss caseloads and expectations
• Accurate data entry and communication recorded in EHR and other software
• Schedule start dates for families, coordinate closely with clinical team, families and employees
• Audit all parts of EHR for accuracy and completeness
