Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is seeking an Intake Coordinator to facilitate onboarding of patients into ABA services, coordinate scheduling with families and clinical staff, and verify insurance benefits. This on-site role supports our Princeton, Clark, Newark, and Clifton centers.

The position requires exceptional communication, data entry accuracy in EHR systems, and the ability to manage multiple schedules while prioritizing patient needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; prior intake experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Complete intake calls for new client referrals and educate families about services.
• Verify insurance benefits to determine eligibility and communicate financial obligations.
• Accurately enter data in EHR and other systems; update client schedules as needed.
• Coordinate scheduling with families, RBTs, BCBA, and other professionals; adjust as required.
