Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete referrals for patients and coordinate with referring and receiving practices.
• Coordinate and prepare financial estimates for patients.
• Obtain all authorizations needed.
• Direct patients to providers in their insurance plan.
• Review benefits and educate patient on insurance coverage.
• Coordinate and schedule procedures and services across departments.
• Review schedules for accuracy and proper time allocation.
• Follow up on referrals to ensure no care gaps.
