Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 0–1 year administrative experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic database tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open lines of communication with Physician Liaison RN, therapists, and physician offices.
• Represent KidsCare Home Health professionally to physician offices.
• Verify and track orders and paperwork; obtain status updates.
• Verify client and primary care physician information; obtain signatures.
• Follow up on outstanding orders; attend team meetings.
• Comply with safety policies and participate in team goals.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
