• Call in nursing verbal orders promptly.
• Contact doctor offices to verify paperwork and status.
• Verify and update physician information in KanTime.
• Process daily paperwork in KanTime.
• Maintain open communication with nursing staff and caregivers.
• Assist with order entry and scheduling changes in the ticketing system.
• Adhere to safety policies and report issues.
• Provide leadership and share knowledge with the team.
• Support departmental and company goals through collaboration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
