Planstin Administration, based in Utah, is seeking a Care Coordinator to serve as a central contact for members, coordinating appointments, labs, imaging, and referrals while partnering with providers to ensure seamless care. This role supports patients across the St. George area and surrounding regions.

The position emphasizes empathetic communication, strong organization, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, with a focus on enhancing patient experience and supporting a responsive care team.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of healthcare coordination principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with members and providers.

• Experience with healthcare billing and provider relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-person and urgent care appointments.
• Arrange lab work, imaging, and other services.
• Assist members with navigating Planstin and Primestin membership benefits.
• Manage healthcare referrals and coordinate follow-up care.
• Help members access virtual care, labs, and providers, including outside St. George, Utah.
• Collaborate with members and providers to collect billing codes for surgeries and coordinate with claims.
