Commonwise Home Care in Charlottesville, VA is seeking caring caregivers to build meaningful relationships with clients and families while providing reliable, compassionate care and advocating for clients in community settings.

You will assist with ADLs and IADLs, may need to drive, and participate in ongoing training with RN Care Manager mentorship and 24/7 team support. The role offers paid training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Building meaningful relationships with clients and families
• Providing reliable and compassionate care
• Advocating for clients in community settings
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding
• Assisting with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, hobbies and interests
