Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling across departments and service lines, manage no-shows and waitlists, and fill slots from cancellations.
• Schedule across divisions per treatment plans and scheduling templates.
• Be primary contact for individuals served, families, and providers regarding scheduling needs.
• Ensure schedule accuracy, resolve double bookings and incomplete information.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate customer service to support a positive patient experience.
• Verify demographics and insurance prior to scheduling.
