Accendra Health is seeking a Respiratory Liaison to coordinate patient care, process orders, and educate patients on equipment and benefits. You will be a primary contact for patients, referral sources, and internal teams, ensuring timely documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service, healthcare, office, patient support, or referral management.
• Experience in healthcare, medical equipment, patient services, or provider-facing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the patient journey from referral through order fulfillment, education, and ongoing support.
• Process patient orders and ensure required documentation and insurance are obtained accurately and timely.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, referral sources, providers, and internal teams.
• Manage inbound/outbound patient and referral communications to support service excellence.
• Educate patients on equipment use, therapy adherence, safety practices, and insurance requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, provider offices, and healthcare partners.
• Partner with sales and operations to improve referral conversion and patient satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to drive market growth through relationships and service excellence.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation with compliance to regulations.
• Support quality and growth initiatives and contribute to market objectives.
