Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a health-related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a vital resource for patients, families, and providers to ensure a seamless and supportive healthcare experience.
• Support patients, providers and families through treatment or procedures and streamline communication between clinics and care teams.
• Coordinate with clinics, OR, PACU, ICU and community resources to facilitate timely cancer care and access to services.
