Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health related field and the equivalent of one year of full-time experience in community, patient or customer-oriented support.
• Associate’s degree in a health related field and the equivalent of three years of full-time experience in community, patient or customer-oriented support.
• High School Diploma or GED and the equivalent of five years of full-time experience in community, patient or customer-oriented support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a vital resource for patients, families and providers to ensure a seamless, supportive healthcare experience.
• Help streamline communication between clinics, OR, PACU, ICU and patients’ families.
• Assist in clinic throughput and efficiency, supporting providers during clinic.
• Connect patients from community and clinical referrals for assessment and treatment.
• Coordinate with internal services and outreach programs to facilitate timely cancer care.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a health related field
