You will oversee clinical resource management, progression of care, discharge planning, patient advocacy, and collaboration with physicians, nursing, and utilization management to meet department goals. Strong regulatory knowledge and teamwork are essential.

Competenze

• Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Social Work (MSW) depending on hire
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in California at hire
• Experience in care coordination, discharge planning, and utilization management preferred
