Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, required.
• Current Licensed RN in the state of employment, required.
• Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing.
• Minimum 2–3 years in an acute care hospital setting.
• Preferred: Care Management or Utilization Management experience.
• Preferred: BLS (CPR) certification at hire date.
• Minimum: Certification in Case Management within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication, assessment, time management and critical thinking skills.

• Interact with patients with complex or high-risk psychosocial needs as assigned.
