Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and prior staffing/time-management system experience.
• 2 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilités

• Schedule personnel daily and process staffing requests.
• Manage call-outs and communicate assignments and availability to staff and management.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, attendance, and personnel information.
• Generate and distribute staffing projections and reports to unit leadership for payroll accuracy.
• Provide professional communication and support to staff and assist nursing administration with daily office tasks.
• Oversee lifecycle of contract personnel including credentialing, orientation, competency tracking, and invoice reconciliation.
• Conduct regular audits of staffing data and contract documentation for regulatory compliance.
