Responsibilities

• Assists patients and providers with coordinating referrals and scheduling.
• Obtains authorizations needed and directs patients to in-plan providers.
• Reviews benefits and educates patients on insurance coverage.
• Coordinates and schedules procedures and tests across departments.
• Ensures accurate scheduling and follow-ups to close care gaps.
