Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a receptionist for our nursing center to be the first point of contact for patients, residents, families, and visitors, delivering warm, professional service. You will handle calls, greet guests, manage mail, maintain patient lists, and support a busy clinical team.

Requires high school diploma, excellent communication, English fluency, and proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and redirect as needed.
• Warmly greet patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.
• Order supplies and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
