Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a receptionist for our nursing center in the United States. You will be the first point of contact for patients, families and visitors, handling calls and directing inquiries with a professional demeanor.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and clerical responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and well-being of patients and visitors.
• Excellent communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
• Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.
• Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
