Job summary

Classic Collision in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Collision Care Center Representative to handle inquiries from customers and insurers via phone, SMS, and chat. The role focuses on scheduling appointments and delivering first-class service during Classic Collision repair center hours.

You should have customer service experience, a professional phone presence, and strong computer skills (Teams, Outlook, CCC One). Proficiency in English is required, Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service background is a must.
• Professional phone presence both inbound/outbound.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Understanding of the collision industry is a huge plus.
• Ability to read and write effectively in English; Spanish is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule appointments using CCC One.
• Answer questions via 8x8 for status updates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• Partner with shops, DRPs, and regional managers to coordinate workflows.
• Work Classic Collision hours (830am-530pm) Monday–Friday.
