Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Care Aides to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and help bring recipients into the community to strengthen personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available. Paid training, flexible schedules and weekly pay are offered, with a virtual interview process and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable individuals welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to recipients, encouraging growth.
• Assist with activities to build skills and independence.
• Promote community involvement to reach personal goals.
• Maintain adherence to care plans and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate transportation as needed for appointments and activities.
