ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable Care Aides to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, providing compassionate support and helping with skill-building activities.

You will support clients in the community to grow personal goals outside the home, with flexible full- and part-time schedules and a virtual interview process.

Paid training and weekly pay are offered, with transportation required and background checks completed.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Care Aides to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
