Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Care Aides to provide 1:1 support to Recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will encourage skill-building activities and accompany clients on community outings to help achieve personal goals outside the home.

We offer paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process as part of our benefits package. Candidates must be compassionate, dependable, and able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to Recipients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and goal setting.
• Engage Recipients in skill-building activities.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
