ExpertCare is seeking reliable Care Aides to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and accompany clients to community settings to grow their personal goals.

We offer full and part-time positions with paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process to simplify onboarding.

Formación

• Must be compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to travel to assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes to support daily living.
• Encourage skill-building and personal growth activities.
• Accompany recipients on community activities to meet goals.
• Maintain respectful, safe and empowering interactions with recipients.
