Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan, providing compassionate support and helping to build skills. You will assist with activities that promote independence and daily living, while following individualized care plans.

We offer paid training, a flexible schedule, and weekly pay, with opportunities to engage the community and support personal growth goals. Must have reliable transportation and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable traits required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with recipients.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to recipients.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
