Job summary

ExpertCare is hiring reliable Care Aides to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities, and accompany clients on community outings to grow personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with a focus on compassionate, patient, and dependable care. Training is provided and a supportive team fosters growth and contribution.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
