Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to provide 1:1 support for recipients in clients’ homes across Southeast Michigan. You will assist with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and help recipients engage with the community to grow personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available. Paid training, a flexible schedule, and weekly pay are offered, with a virtual interview process and benefit opportunities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in clients' homes.
