ExpertCare is seeking reliable Care Aides to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and accompany clients into the community to help grow personal goals outside of the home.

Full and part-time positions are available. Paid training, flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process are provided.

Competenze

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
