Southeastern Integrated Care Llc is seeking an Intake Coordinator in Shallotte, NC. The role acts as the system navigator and primary contact for clients, families, referrers, payers, and providers to ensure timely access to care and clear communication across all parties involved in ongoing treatment and recovery.

The Intake Coordinator will manage referrals, verify coverage, coordinate with referral sources, and document interactions in the EMR.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capture referrals in EMR system (fax, QR codes, calendars, walk-ins, phone).
• Engage client in treatment, educate, counsel, motivate recovery.
• Schedule intake same day or within 24 hours.
• Communicate with referral sources before and after intake.
