Qualifications

• 1 year of relatable work experience required.
• High School Diploma or Associate’s degree in relatable field.
• Experience in management, administrative, clerical, insurance, billing, claims, call center, or customer service preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review patient eligibility and payer guidelines to determine service readiness.
• Communicate with patients regarding financial responsibility and document interactions.
• Coordinate with referral sources and clinical teams to obtain complete documentation.
• Enter referrals within established timeframes and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with scheduling and inventory coordination for services.
