Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and patient data to determine eligibility and compliance.
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments when applicable.
• Coordinate with patients, providers, and internal teams to finalize intake.
• Enter referrals promptly and maintain accurate documentation in systems.
• Support continuity of care by ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
