Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Scranton, PA is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive territory sales goals through a strategic business plan and key customer engagement.

The role emphasizes relationship building with physicians, collaboration with FRMs and Market Access, and data-driven decision making in a complex, matrixed market. Travel and compliance with all policies are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience selling in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top customers.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage and action plans.
