Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC seeks a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals in an assigned territory by executing a strategic business plan and building physician relationships. You will navigate a complex, matrixed environment with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities and drive results.

You will need a life sciences or related degree and several years of pharma sales experience, with cardiovascular exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to learn complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Operate in a matrixed selling environment with cross-functional partners.
• Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies for business decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and conduct group presentations.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy and tactics within the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with all legal, regulatory and compliance policies.
