Job summary

Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) seeks a Cardiovascular Technologist II to assist physicians in invasive diagnostic catheterization and interventional procedures, focusing on cardiac and peripheral vascular care. You will be a resource to staff and participate in procedure setup and patient safety.

Requires RCIS/RCES/CEPS or RT(R)CI within 2 years of hire, BLS, ACLS within 3 months, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• RCIS/RCES/CEPS/RT(R)CI certification required within 2 years of hire.
• BLS required, ACLS within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs scrub duties for cardiac interventions and catheterizations with minimal assistance.
• Scrubs, gowns, gloving, and sets up back table with necessary equipment.
• Records hemodynamics and procedure events accurately.
