Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Certification: RCIS, RCES, CEPS, or RT(R)CI within the first 2 years.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs scrub duties for cardiac interventions with minimal assistance.
• Performs left/right heart catheterization scrubs and related procedures.
• Sets up back table and attire for procedures.
• Records hemodynamics and documents events in MacLab system.
• Monitors procedure and manages inventory and order of events.
• Maintains ECG setup and waveform monitoring.
• Prepares room with fellow staff for safe, effective patient care.
• Performs required safety checks and ensures supplies are ready.
