Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and safety under RN supervision.
• Assist with preparation and assessment for admission and procedures.
• Document vital signs, glucose, and lab specimens as directed.
• Support interdisciplinary team in care planning from admission to discharge.
• Adhere to competency standards and care protocols.
