Required RN license in California, 1 year Cardiac Cath Lab/IR experience, and supervisory healthcare leadership. ACLS/BLS are required; BSN is mandatory, with a Master's preferred for advancement.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; California RN license required.
• 1 year Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology experience.
• 2 years of recent charge nurse or healthcare management experience.
• BSN from an accredited university required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the efficient operation of assigned Cardiovascular Services.
• Prepare and administer budgets for areas of responsibility.
• Lead staff to achieve patient outcomes and high-quality service.
• Coordinate with Medical Staff and other disciplines for care delivery.
• Participate in recruitment, scheduling, and staff development.
• Run reports, data analysis, and support Director initiatives.
