Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in healthcare administration, business administration or related field.
• RN licensure or equivalent leadership experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree.
• Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in hospital operations or related healthcare management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership of the cardiovascular service lines across the hospital system.
• Oversee outpatient, ambulatory, diagnostic, and procedural services within cardiology.
• Coordinate inpatient scheduling with management prioritizing patient needs, LOS, and efficient service use.
• Drive long-term strategic plans to support growth, access, performance, and delivery of cardiovascular services.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, physicians, APPs, nursing and operational teams to align goals.
