Job summary

Methodist Hospital Westover Hills is seeking a Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead and supervise operations across Non-Invasive Cardiology, Cardiac Rehab, Cardiac Outpatient Imaging, and the Cardiac Cath Lab. You will manage staff, budgets, equipment, and service-line strategy to ensure high-quality outcomes and exceptional patient experiences.

Applicants should have MBA/HA or RN with BSN, plus relevant leadership experience in a cardiac setting.

Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration or Healthcare Administration with two years of management experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or related healthcare field
• RN with BSN and state licensure; RN compact license holders must obtain TX license within 90 days of hire
• Four years of Cardiac Cath Lab management experience or a combination of post-high school education and Cardiac Cath Lab management experience

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for Non-Invasive Cardiology, Cardiac Rehab, Cardiac Outpatient Imaging, and Cardiac Cath Lab
• Manages budgets, staffing, equipment, and service line strategy
• Ensures quality, regulatory compliance, and patient/family satisfaction across cardiovascular services
• Develops strategic plans to support organizational goals and improve service line performance
