Job summary

Qualifications

• College coursework toward an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Fluent English – read/write/speak.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high-volume of incoming calls and provide exam-related information to patients.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information; assist with documentation.
• Schedule and modify appointments using hospital information systems; coordinate referrals and tests.
• Support MyChart activation and online check-in; ensure accurate patient data entry.
• Collect copays and process registrations; maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Coordinate with care team to prepare for daily patient appointments.
