Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Two years of administrative patient service experience required.
• Proficient computer skills required.
• Epic experience and prior coding experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex surgical scheduling across multiple locations and appointments.
• Support two cardiovascular surgeons and act as a liaison between patients, providers, clinical teams and administrative schedules.
• Guide patients through their care journey and ensure a smooth scheduling process.
