Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative patient services experience.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Prior coding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate complex cardiovascular surgeries across multiple locations.
• Coordinate surgical cases and appointments and guide patients through their care journey.
• Support two cardiovascular surgeons and work with a team of clinicians and staff to ensure timely, accurate scheduling.
