Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
- 8+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
- 3+ years first-line sales leadership experience in pharma/biopharma.
Responsibilities
- Translate national/area sales strategies into localized region-level business plans.
- Analyze market data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and adjust tactics.
- Lead a team of Cardiovascular Sales Representatives to educate physicians and accounts.
- Direct CSRs in acquisition, expansion and retention of targeted business.
- Engage and develop key accounts to support growth objectives.
- Field coach and mentor CSRs to improve selling skills and compliance.
