Banner Health’s Cardiovascular Outpatient RN in Mesa, AZ, will prepare and recover patients in Cardiovascular Outpatient Services. The CVOPS RN supports anesthesia recovery if needed and participates in a 3 shift 12-hour schedule with call rotations.

Ideal candidates have ≥1 year in Preop PACU, Cath Lab or Procedural RN, a current RN license in Arizona, and BLS certification. Must reside within 30 minutes of the facility to meet call requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN/MSN)
• Current RN license in state of practice + BLS certification required
• One year of Preop PACU, Cath Lab, or Procedural RN experience preferred
• Must live within 30 minutes of facility due to call requirements

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and plan care in collaboration with the health care team.
• Develop and revise care plans including discharge planning.
• Deliver direct patient care and supervise care by other staff.
• Communicate patient status clearly to the care team and family.
• Document nursing activities accurately in patient records.
• Participate in continuous nursing quality and education activities.
