Job summary

Atlas MedStaff LLC. in Hartford is seeking a Cardiovascular Operating Room technologist to assist on complex open heart and vascular procedures, including CABG, valve replacements, heart transplants, and vascular repairs.

Expect 12-hour day shifts with on-call coverage weeknights and weekends, and a 13-week assignment averaging ~36 hours per week, collaborating closely with surgeons and perfusion teams to support CPB cannulation, cardioplegia, pacing/defibrillation, IABP, LVAD, and Impella

Responsibilities

• Assist with CPB cannulation, cardioplegia, pacer/defib, IABP, LVAD, and Impella insertions.
• Support surgeons during complex open heart and vascular procedures.
• Work closely with perfusion and surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Provide coverage for 12-hour day shifts with on-call duties during weeknights and weekends.
