Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Surgical Tech for CVOR CST to support complex cardiac/vascular procedures. The role requires at least two years of scrub experience, AHA BLS, and may involve 12-hour shifts with a Monday–Friday rotation and weekend call. Ideal candidates have transplant experience and Level I hospital exposure.

Shifts are day-based, with 17–26 weeks duration, and may include 4x12-hour shifts. CRT skills in CABG, LVAD, and thoracic robotic surgery are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years scrub experience required.
• Transplant experience preferred.
• Teaching hospital experience required.
• Level I hospital experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room prior to surgery and provide instrument care.
• Promote patient safety during surgery and assist the surgeon.
• Cares for instruments and supplies used in surgery for all age groups.
• May float to other OR areas as needed and accept weekend/shift requirements.
