Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in cardiovascular medical device sales (Associate Area Manager requirement).
• 8+ years of sales experience with 5+ years in cardiovascular medical device sales (Area Manager requirement).
• Proven track record of selling into a Cath Lab or surgical suite.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve quotas.
• Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology.

Responsibilities

• Promote & sell Impella product line to physicians and Heart Teams including Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiac Surgeons, and Administrators.
• Identify new customers (physicians and hospitals) and lead efforts to activate new centers.
• Create account/territory business plans and build programs.
• Exceed sales for the assigned territory.
• Initiate Impella development activities to increase market awareness.
• Lead clinical teams whose expertise helps drive Impella adoption in the territory.
