The role requires substantial field travel, expert knowledge of interventional cardiology, and a proven track record in leading teams to exceed quotas. A Bachelor’s degree and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles in healthcare technology.
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular therapies and interventional procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Impella product line to physicians, Heart Teams, and hospital administrators.
• Identify new customers and activate centers within the territory.
• Create territory business plans and programs, exceeding sales targets.
• Lead and motivate clinical teams to drive product adoption and patient outcomes.
• Travel up to 50% overnight as required to cover territory.
