Job summary

Stryker in the United States seeks a Field Clinical Specialist in the Philadelphia area to educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting for Inari products, and to lead in-service education within hospital settings.

You will travel up to 80% regionally, pairing with Account Managers to expand clinical support, gather feedback for product development, and build strong customer relationships. A nursing or clinical degree with several years in medical devices is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years in medical device clinical capacity or cath lab
• Strong clinical acumen and understanding of cardiovascular science
• Willingness to travel up to 80% regionally and occasional overnight
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques for Inari products
• Develop and lead training sessions and in-service education in hospitals
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers
• Communicate technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures
• Act as clinical interface between medical community and Stryker
• Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries
• Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on device features
• Document procedural observations for regulatory and continuous improvement
