Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on Inari device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting. You will lead hospital training, identify therapy adoption opportunities, and act as the clinical interface between the medical community and Stryker.

The role requires strong cardiovascular knowledge, 3+ years of clinical experience, and willingness to travel up to 80%. Excellent English communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred in nursing or related clinical field.
• Minimum 3 years in cath lab, nursing, or similar clinical environment.
• Strong cardiovascular knowledge and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting for Inari products.
• Develop and lead training sessions and in-service programs in hospitals.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional/Account Managers.
• Clearly communicate technical information during fast-paced procedures.
• Serve as clinical interface between medical community and company.
• Build credible relationships and share product expertise with customers.
• Provide education and clinical support for complex inquiries as needed.
• Understand Inari products and related trends for feedback to development teams.
