Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on Inari device handling and troubleshooting, and to lead in-hospital training programs. You will collaborate with Regional and Account Managers to identify adoption opportunities and ensure clear communication of complex clinical information.

The role requires a clinical background with cardiovascular expertise, strong English communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in medical device clinical capacity or cath lab.
• Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology and physiology.
• Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques for Inari products.
• Develop and facilitate training sessions and in-service education in hospital settings.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate highly technical information during fast-paced procedures.
• Act as clinical interface between medical community and company.
• Build and sustain credible customer relationships and share product knowledge.
• Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on features and new devices.
• Document procedural case observations for regulatory requirements and improvement.
